Following the second Techno-Groovy release on Stark 002. This special issue Textures Series 1 regroups 4 artists for their high classes quality production. Remember, Philip Braunstein made first release “Movin around ep” who received very good feedback from the best international Dj's.

Bio Booster is indeed with Deetron the new techno monster producer from Switzerland born in Sao Paulo Brazil, with notable releases on the likes of Ethnik Groove, Gfr Records, ... On this “EP” you will find 2 tracks made by him, one in collaboration with the percussionist Master M ( perform on Music Man 99 with Deetron) “ Body language”. Umberto Carmignani b orn in Naples has come signing up two ep on the prestigious label Rotation Records of Dave Angel “ Rhythm Imprint, Agile”. Elton D acclaimed one of the best new talent producer from Brazil when you will find release on labels such as Sway (12) , as already sign on Darkhousemusic and will be remixed by Mark Broom and on Statik by Tommie Nevada.

A side: Bio Booster delivery us “ Latino Blood ” a fantastic spheric Monster Hi-Techno stuff created with a heavy bassline and vocal snippets with a killer hint on Detroit melodic style with an European touch, destined to various kind of dance floor, on this same side you will find another track made by Bio Booster & Master M come with a very funky techno percussive stuff. B side: Umberto Carmignani delivery us “ Active Link ” Brill Groovin Clubby Techno from Italian Naples sound and the same style likes his “EP” on Rotation Records. Finally Elton D delivery us the second track an ultraphat funky mix on Techno-Groovy style and rolling percussion.

brand new imprint emerging winter 2004 from Geneva, Switzerland run by DJ/ Producer Jeff Swing ( Primate 10” , Definition , etc.).
He launches with a brand new Ep from Brazils latest export after the success of Renato Cohen and over the past 18 months, in the shape of Philip Braunstein (Dark House Music, GFR Records, Ethnik Groove, Patterns Special etc...), who has so far received support from the likes of Feedback. Philip gets things started with ' Movin Around ', with some effective tribal percussion and grooves, held together by a deep and hypnotic bassline for a very melodic dancefloor production, that should attract some crossover support also from funkier Djs. Brazil/ Swiss DJ/ Producer Bio Booster (Ethnik Groove, Definition, Bush , etc..) delivers the remix of 'Movin ..' retaining the melodic elements, adds in some extra percussive flavas for a more groovy workout, that is influenced by the Napolitan vibe for a slightly different direction.

The flipside sees Philips other original production, ' Shag', which takes a heavy more pounding vibe, still with effective tribal percussion, and funky grooves for a peak time dancefloor workout, sinilar in style to his GFR release. The Uks Paul Mac (Primate, Theory, Primevil, Fragmented, Stimulus, Theory, Phont, etc) under his Jorge Zamacona alias, delivers an awesome remix , bring the deep bassline to the forefront for an almost E Dancer vibe, and keeps his tribal trademark elements effective as always, to work that dance floor vibe. Easily one of Pauls most instant and effectives remixes to date, to round off this superb debut from Stark Records.
